1. Within Pakistan, we prefer cash on delivery(COD).
2. You can also contact us via our Facebook Page/Instagram/Whatsapp address to confirm your order.
3. Please contact us via Facebook, email, or phone if you have any complaints, ideas, or questions.
4. Riders are guided by routes rather than timetables, so please cooperate.
5. If you find any damage, fault, or difference in the product, RedMode Jewelry will replace it; however, the client must resend the shipment by Trax Courier service to RedMode Jewelry’s address.
6. Customers can cancel or change their orders up to two hours after they are submitted; beyond that, no one will be considered. They must get their orders at whatever costs.
7. In order to get their item at their doorstep, customers must provide a complete and accurate address, including house number, block number, and street number, or the nearest well-known landmark. Orders with incomplete addresses will be cancelled.
8. Every Sale item or Stock clearance Sale item would not be change nor refund.
